In order to submit a theme to us you must have it hosted
on your own site. We do not have enough space here to store
themes. Please be sure that the server you are storing your
files on allows you to link directly to a file from another
server. If you cannot, then no one will not be able to download
your work.
If you do not have web sapce to host your theme on, you can
submit it to http://www.ezthemes.com/submit.phtml. They will
host your file for you, create a preview page, and distribute
the file to numerous related sites (this site included).
Please do not use HTML coding in your description of the file.
